Lack of good quality sleep can make your skin look tired and old. It also leaves you with bags and dark circles under your eyes. If you are seeking a better night’s sleep you might want to try getting some aerobic exercise in on a daily basis. It increases the oxygen that circulates through the body which helps skin stay vibrant and healthy.
A few other tips for better sleep:
A regular routine, warm baths, write your worries down on paper and let them go, avoid caffeinated drinks, and sip some chamomile tea. Now, go catch some ZZZ’s!
